Is frame by frame animation possible in Cartoon Animation 4?

Yes, you can create keys in every frame if you want by why would you?
The system tweens between keys which eliminates the tedium of creating a key in every frame.
For those times where you need complete control you have it frame by frame, and for those you don't the systems fills them in for you.

This is exactly what I was wanting to do. If I wanted to do some frame to frame and tweening in the same scene while creating a animation video.

For professional animation, this is absolutely essential.there some hacky way of achieving it using by changing the animation type to "step" or doubling up he keys. But it's more trouble than it worth. I was able to create a macro for my legato stream deck that converts a key into a step key.
