Has anyone tried to apply the DH Shader Preset's? When I try to apply it, all the textures disappear and my character turns white. Also, the icon now turns into a trial asset. What am I missing? Are these presets something that has to be purchased?

Also the same with me.
It also does NOT show up on my account to download. Like wires (Gerry) stated in another post it surfaced when trying to apply a skin and then it takes you to download.
So not sure how I can get a working version when this is fixed.

I have the same problem, I deselected the top choice, Apply Material without Shader Settings, and no longer got a white result, but nothing changed on the character, either. The presets also became Trial. I guess it's a bug.

Miranda posted a few days ago that they have found a DRM issue with some of the content, and that the pack was being reworked for a new release. So far nothing else is known, even "he who knows everything" hasn't mentioned when an update can be expected.

Cool, thanks! Looks like when I reinstalled CC3, I forgot to install the 1st resource pack (although the 2nd one installed automatically). Now I just have to cross my fingers and hope that installing the first one *after* the second one doesn't screw things up, as my account page doesn't have a download link for latter.

Installing the updated resource packs didn't help for me -- the 'dark skin' DH shaders still have no effect on the color of the skin.

The Dark Female DH Shader Preset applies shader settings suitable for dark skin characters. It doesn't apply dark skin materials. So if you have a dark skin PBR character loaded which you then convert to DHS, you can apply this shader preset for improved results like below.  |

No, but if you have the CC Essentials then you will have a variety of skin types available including dark skin.

As I explained previously, the DH Shader Presets only apply the shaders and parameters. They don't change the skin texture.
So if you apply a dark skin shader preset to a light skin character, the character will remain light skinned. You need to load a dark skinned PBR character first, then apply the Dark Skin DH preset.

I loaded the cc3 essential athletic male (with dark skin), then attempted to apply the DH shader preset for dark male and I get ash-white skin. What exactly am I doing wrong?
