Hi.
When I download campus superhero vol 2 pop up message comes to appear. " Cannot find the program associated with the downloaded files(s).
Please install CrazyTalk Animator first".
I'm using Cartoon Animator 4.
What did I do?
please help me.

Hi...
Sorry to hear you are having problems installing your content pack.
Please try installing the latest version of the Content Downloader using the link below.
https://www.reallusion.com/downloader/
If that doesn't help, please uninstall Cartoon Animator 4 and then reinstall the latest full version using the Reallusion Hub. This should fix any registry errors that may be causing this problem.

SAME Issue here... Just bought SOCIAL BUDDIES...Cant install..whats up with that? any help, the suggested idea is not working!

Social Buddies is a Cartoon Animator 4 product but it will not work with earlier versions. Do you have Cartoon Animator 4 installed?
If so, please post a screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to install this content pack. Thanks.

Same issue. Tried everything you suggested. Just downloaded a spaceship scene from the store. I am still in trial period for CA4. Does that make a difference?
