Hi all,
Incredibly dumb question...I accidentally deleted a folder (from an external drive - no system restore functionality) from inside Iclone that contained many sub props and two items I have recently uploaded. I would like to download my own content from the marketplace. I add these items to cart and it says I cannot purchase them as they are already in my inventory list or order history. I cannot find any of my own items in either place. Thoughts?

Hi Biz
Go To Manage Backend
Then where it states Inventory List Click on Content

In the box Author put your name
and date range select All

When your items are displayed you will see on the item download this is where it says install or save.

Hope that helps to point you in the direction to get your stuff.

Hi Duchess,
Not sure if its changed but my own assets just dont show up on the inventory list. Cranks method from the Edit Items menu works for me though. This seems to be how you do it now. Thanks both of you for your help!

I know it is old thread, but I have one dumbest question of all: can you purchase from yourself? ( If I have DA points that are not from sales and I have store, that way I could buy stuff from my self, so at least 60 % of money can be cashed out. Because now that money would be from sales...!?)
Just thinking.. is it possible, or legal at all?

I'm very confused on why you would want to buy your own content. It will just turn back into DA points and you will be losing some of them.... Can you please elaborate on why you would want to do this?

Sure. Thank you for asking. (and sorry for my Tarzan English)
I got 100 000 DA points (1000 dollars) as a award for the movie in one contest. I cant cash that out. I could cash out DA points if I own Content store. Just sellers can turn DA points into cash. But even them can cash just DA points that came from selling products. Just DA points that are earned, not awarded as mine. So, if I own a store, I could buy stuff from my store and with that turn awarded points into earned points, into cashable points, into "real" money...

Sorry for the late reply. I didn't get a notification that u responded. If u do this then u will only get a percent back to u so will lose some. Not even sure if it would work or is best practice. I won't encourage it but it's your choice ☺️

i think it is not possible ,the store will recognize it is already buyed.

funny is such a feature is not in RL Store, there i have purchased some items twice ,because no warning message

O my... So, I can't buy more then 1 copy of something?! Who cares if I want to buy 100 of same stuff? Strange policy. Reallusion's business should be happy with spending more...
Ah, now I have 1000 dollars that I can't use - and I surely could use them, even half, in this holiday times.
I would rather then I didn't get it at all. It just disturb my moneyless tranquility that I am used to.:)
