Sorry for the inconvenience, I just downloaded the character creator 3 software and I am experiencing a problem: The program does not load any content because an error message appears saying

"failed to load the file"

Also when loading the software, you never see the environment in the workspace, it looks blank and everything you drag there looks like when in the 90's the windows crawled on the screen leaving a trace of the window printed.

I hope you can solve this problem and give me guidelines to solve it.

Hi...

Sorry to hear you are having problems with Character Creator 3.

The issue could well be graphics driver related as your drivers are quite old. Please use the link below to do a manual search and try installing the 431.60 game ready driver. Important: Don't install drivers later than 431.60 as these are known to have issues with Character Creator 3 and iClone.

Thanks for the solution. Just install an nvidia driver that is for content developers, it's called nvidia studio driver 431.86 I solve the problem. Wink
