Hello, and thank you for offering assistance.
When I import GF3 or GF8 into CC3 using transformer, my imported characters appear fine in CC3 (please see CC3 image). However, when I select Send Character to iClone, the G3F and G8F display in iClone with problem eye sockets (please see iClone7 image).

I have attempted exporting to FBX and reimporting but this does not fix the problem. I am unable to fix the problem using CC3 morph sliders. The iAvatar textures do not display the grey slashes under the eyes, so I cannot fix using Gimp.

I have the impression that it's just a lighting problem

Turn GI off and see if things improve.

Thank you both for responding. I placed her inside a house and the problem disappeared. Glad I did not have to give up GI.

Thanks again.https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/fcf90993-479a-48cf-9e03-35d1.jpg

You don't have to give up GI, but if the problem went away with it off it's most likely that she has illumination turned on the materials.  For some reason all materials that come from CC3 have this turned on, and I think it makes things unrealistic so I usually turn them off.  It's a particular problem with outdoor scenes (inside it doesn't appear as bad and can actually be useful).  You can still try that to see.

Thanks, I will keep that in mind and experiment.
