Just received the message for the upgrade. Used 3.04 last week. Worked OK. Tried today would not load. See the screen but it does not load. Uninstalled. Downloaded 3.11. Installed it. Still load. Purchased 4/2/19. Should last a little longer.

Are you using an Nvidia graphics card and have you recently upgraded your Nvidia graphics drivers? If so that could be the problem. Please see the thread below and try rolling back your drivers to the versions listed. That should resolve the problem if it is related to graphics drivers.

I tried the above. Did not help. I am in the process of stopping payment.
