Problem upgrading 3D xchange from 1.0 to 2.0

When I bought 3Dxchange from bundled software pack from Magix I did not realize that I had the German version of 3D xchange When I tried to upgrade to 2.0 I got a german pop-up that I think states that 2.0 is not available for the German version. Is there anyway to convert to the english version short of buying the english version of 2.0?

The free upgrade offer to 3DXchange 2.0 does state the following:

"Please be aware that the Free Upgrade offer is only available for iClone 3DXchange 1.x English version purchase users, and iClone 3DXchange 2 requires iClone 2.5 (or above) English Version installed to access."

So that is why the upgrade isn't available for the Magix German version I'm afraid. Have you tried contacting Magix to see if you can change to the english version?
