Hello.

I'm a new user of the reallusion product. This is what I'm trying to do: export a 3d character in fbx format out of DAZ. Then apply transformer in cc3. Then send it to iclone. and finally Export it in Unreal Base. When I send the cc3 character to iclone, the hair becomes white...how to fix that ? thanks.

Change Transformer Skin Template from Default to Original when importing.

It works fine for me. I even tried to screw it up several ways and couldn't.

I am not sure what the problem could be, but that white hair in your image is what the hair looks like without any Diffuse (Base Color) map. You should be able to correct it by copying over the Base Color & Opacity maps.

I have the same problem. None of these comments fix anything.
Not sure what the video's were posted for. They had nothing to do with hair color materials...

Can someone PLEASE tell me why my hair comes through white and I have to darken all the materials in Unreal post import?
Or better yet, can someone tell Reallusion to fix the problem so we don't have to create workarounds?
Or even better, can someone tell Reallusion to ANSWER A FORUM POST once a year or something?
I've had dozens of questions I've posted to forums and not ONCE have they been answered by staff...
They'll take 2 thousand bucks from me no problem but help fix their product? Nagh. That's crossing the line apparently.
