can't convert a DAZ character to iclone

Hello everybody..
I'm trying to convert a DAZ character to iclone using 3dexchange.. as you can see in the screen capture.. the convert button is not active although all the bones are mapped and the preview is working fine..
can someone help me with this please?

You need to check the "Active" box and make sure you have a t-pose.

I did.. still not active :(..
the file type says it's a prop.. could this be the reason?

Okay, if it IS that one you can't convert to non-standard, you'll need to convert to non-human.

This is because the rigging is wrong for a non-standard (which is basically a humanoid -- this is NOT a humaniod).  The tail section (which is the closet thing for a spine you can use) is rigged not above the pelvis but under it.  Now, you CAN select the actual hip bone (which is the straight bone leading straight down) and this will work... sort of.  You can convert it this way but then the arms will have issues.  I've had this happen in the past with other rigs and never been able to straighten it out but you can give it a go (or just convert it to non-human, which is what I would recommend).
