Hello,
I sell content on the marketplace and a user is having an issue with some of the content. When they try and load the project file they get an error that says "Failed to Load the file"
A different user who bought the same content says they are not having that issue and the project loads. When I try and load the project I as well have no issues.
The user with the issue has the most updated version of CC3.
I want to make sure this gets fixed since they paid for the content so please if someone could help me that would be great. I have been working with the user via skype to try and help troubleshoot but even after making a new project file and trying other things, the file still won't load. Please help!!!!
