CC2 is lagging too much in my pc..I can't even do any sliding.
my pc specs-
6gb ram
nvidia gtx 710 2gb

Yeah, most likely the card, although you can definitely try updating the drivers.
Nowadays for most work you don't want less than an 1060 (but the sweet spot in pricing right now is the 1080, assuming you can find one).
