Hi...

Many content packs purchased from the Marketplace are classified as derivative content. This means that you must have certain base products already installed for the pack to work without a watermark.

Please visit the product page for the item you purchased and ensure that you have all the base items listed in the description. Once you have the required base items the watermark will go away.

My advice:
Go to your Inventory directory
- see if this file "Dress-Red" is listed in it
- upload the file again on your Inventory directory on your PC

Then the watermark should be gone

I have checked your account and don't see the dress or the required base listed. Did you purchase using an account different from the one where Character Creator 3 is registered? If so that will be the problem. All content packs have to be registered to the same account as the software they are intended for.

If you did purchase the content using a different account, please contact Customer Support using the link below and they will be able to transfer the content into your main account for you.
