A downloadable version may be released later on but this isn't confirmed yet. For now, you could download the CrazyTalk Animator 3 manual as many of the features are the same. For CTA4 specific information, you could perhaps use Microsoft OneNote which is free to clip information from the webpages. This can then be organised in OneNote and will be accessible offline.
