ive created videos, then tried to export them, but instead of one video file thumbnail, i get two, and neither play.
one ends with .mov while the other ends with something like .mov.csdyikfgrsduydfgauefjhrwisyadg
anyone know whats going on here???

Hi...
The two files indicate it could be partial or incomplete render. Are you sure the video export from CrazyTalk is completing before you are trying to open it?
If the export process is completing in CrazyTalk 8, try selecting a different video codec from the dropdown list and see if this has the same problem. You have a few options to choose from.
