I followed the G3 customization tutorial step by step, but for some reason the video's arm was able to bend, while mine wasn't.

Is this a bug? Or are there some changes to the software?

Which tutorial are you following? Are you using the PSD Template method or are you using the G3 Template method in CTA3?

The Arm bone must connect the arm and the shoulder.

I just found something much weirder, sometimes replacing the template arm allows it to bend, but a lot of times it doesn't bend.
Is this tied to a windows 10 issue?

I think it would be much better to get help if I post my file.

As you can see I replace the arm, it seems that I'm doing it right but it isn't working.

You need to make sure that the hand and the arm are overlapping so the bone nub is pinning the two parts together. At the moment you are cutting the wrist off straight at the point it meets the hand so the two are not overlapping correctly. You can try rounding off the parts a little so the hand and the wrist can overlap. The same principle applies to all other body parts. See the image below for how you can round off the ends of each body part to get an overlap.

You're a life saver! I was going crazy with this issue. I tried everything and install uninstall reinstall the program without getting much progress. I didn't know I was just doing simple things wrong. I can't believe I missed this simple yet important detail! Thank you!
