greetings,
I am having a problem starting CC 3.04 since it's last update. I stalls while loading Irayrender and disapears from screen. The support team told me to reinstall it, delete the temp file and update my graphics card driver, geforce 1050Ti. I did all of the above and still no luck. And the support team has been ignoring me fro the last seven days. Cound any one help please.

If you have the iRay plugin, please also update that.
So you should CC3.04, and iRay 1.11.
If you have CC3 Pipeline Extension, also update that to 3.04

Thanks for the reply. I do have cc 3.04. But how do you get iray unless you buy it?

Deleting the trial version works, as per the support team advice. thanks.
