Hi folks, I'm hoping to get help with a CC£ problem. I went through the steps of upgrading my CC3 Pipeline to the latest version a couple of days ago. I didn't use the Hub. I just downloaded and ran the installation program. I was very busy at the time and can't, for the life of me, remember whether I checked it was all working.
Anyway, today it crashes on startup (see image). I tried opening the Hub, which isn't something I've been using, and it tells me there is a major update. I tried a few times to run the update but the hub just closes itself down immediately after the download progress bar fills up.
I've now un-installed the Hub and am not sure what to do next.
QUESTIONS:
(1) If I un-install CC3 and re-install, how do I keep my number of possible downloads from being reduced?
(2) The Hub just installed itself at some point. Do I need to re-install it?
(3) I have the Skins and Morphs package. Will I be able to re-download it?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Grimhilda There are 2 updates. The main CC3 for iClone and also the Extensions pipeline. Did you do both if not that is probably why you are getting the error.

Hi Duchess, thanks so much. That was bound to be the answer to the CC3 problem.
Alas, I went searching for my own answer, rather than just wait and I found how to de-activate my install - which I've just done!
There's nothing for it now except uninstall CC3 and re-install over again! At least I haven't lost a maximum download 'marker'.
As for the Hub problem, I'm less worried since I've un-installed it and it doesn't seem to be a vital component.

All sorted and working correctly as far as I can tell.
Thanks to all.
