It has literally never been used, and has even only been out of the case for several minutes cumulatively. I've been using someone else's iPi software, so if I could get $700 for it, I'd be happy. I still need my Motion Live plugin, so that's not included.

I'm sure you'll get lots of interested takers but I'm curious -- when you say you are using iPi you don't mean with that suit, right?  So you're saying you've just decided the suit isn't for you without trying it?

(If no one is interested at all I might be, but since I have one I'll stand aside and wait to see -- I believe in letting others experience the pleasure of it, as it's a really good suit and this is a good deal).

Hi Hookflash

I would be interested as well.  Just message me how much you are asking for it.

Thx,

Oddbody

I probably shouldn't have juxtaposed two ideas... I meant that I got a PN Pro before I even tried the 2.0 and I'd like to have my own iPi software instead of depending on the Goodwill of others... Hookflash currently has dibbs, but if he doesn't take it, I'll just go down the list in order.

Oh, I gotcha (although I'm still surprised you'd want the iPisoftware at all with your PN Pro).

Just a naturally nosy old man.  But glad you got some takers (and, like I said, I'd have probably been in that queue if no one else wanted it).

You're absolutely right, the PN Pro is second only to the Vive Pro with the iKinema solver in terms of data quality, in my opinion; I know you've tried them both as well, would you agree?

I figure that iPi Soft will probably be generally inferior to both the PN and Vive/Orion sessions; they both captured the actor lying and sitting up in bed very well. But when it came time to do the falls, I was simply not willing to test the durability of either of those investments by throwing them onto a mattress :) I'm lucky enough to have been given a 20' x 20' area where I work that has 8' linen curtains all around, so I figure I should get decent results with iPi, and anything else should be "fixable" in MotionBuilder or WebAnimate. My MoBu chops are not at all that impressive, but that's the theory, anyway.

Ah, I see -- I'm so old that throwing myself around isn't an option :>)

Have fun.

Hi. Is the suit still available for sale?
