Trying to make Hair, I want a Cartoon-like Hair, but on the Real side. I wish CC3 had a Hair System. I do not like Hair cards. so I am working on a style still in the WIP Stage. C&C welcome.

Have you tried the Hair tools add on for Blender? its only $35 and works great!!! You can create a whole wig in less than an hour.
check out my hair that I have made HERE, also i'm in the process of updating all my hair so it only has 2 materials.
