Here a new demo from IC7 to Unity pipeline works.
Inside a video, I tried different idea in many ways, so result don't look unified is normal.
For heavy effect, unity performance at 45~63 fps, no bad at all.

Erm , I need study further for better result.
Call me if you had any problem.

using unity studio version will not make any diference for your work :)

about unity free or not i dont undestand what get a paid version of unity can help you for increase your work
to buy assets on store more fair price maybe ???

what annoys me at times is when people talk about something (badly especially) and do not justify their arguments. I've come close enough to offend a client of mine. precisely because he says he did not like something and simply did not say why. so arguments like: I do not like this because it's not "realistic" or VXGI does not have mirrors, as you said in another post. are things that really annoy me a bit. To tell you the truth, I'm making choices, right now. after years of studying unity and iclone. for me today to use iclone or unity for my work is not a question of "quality" is  more about choices for optimizing my workflow only that.
I needed to test many other options to only today understand how powerful is iclone VXGI is for visuals

You are modest bro, different opinion are welcome for me.
What you're right ... everything is about making a choice.
Disadvantage of IC7 stuck me so long before(  Yes, that's painful time for me, before I meet your post ).
If someone continue with IC7 will happen same problem someday.
So, make it clear is important.

Wildstar, if someone says they don't like it, just ask them to break down specifically what they think or feel don't like. 
Sometimes people don't know how to articulate stuff, because they don't know the workflow like you do.
