A problem with a prop's transition from IClone 5 to IClone 7

In IClone 5 the transporter with lights on is sides looked like this:

Ever since I've had IClone 7 the transporter prop in this project has looked like this:

And I don't understand it. Is it some problem with the prop's lights? Can anything be done to fix it?
