You can edit the skin textures and use some accessories if you want!

Hi, a bit of help please...Loaded and was able to work on the diffuse for your great maternity avatar, but before I'd finished, suddenly the Modify upper and lower panels became grayed-out, nothing responding. What am I overlooking??? thanks, Dave

Hi not sure if this might be the case, but you need to make sure that in the scene manager down bottom left of screen that the character is selected if not no upper and lower can then be selected. It is very easy to maybe click on a light or something else and then you character is no longer workable. Hope it is a help to your problem.

Well, thanks. She is, however, selected. Something else seems to be going on??? The other functions, like animation work. Very odd. anyway, thanks, Dave

Thanks again. I realized--at long last--that I should have been working in the SKIN diffuse (rather than the UPPER or LOWER setting), and I'm back in business now. Thanks again for your help. Onward and upward with the next project. Dave

I was thinking of doing something for the Heartfelt Moment contest centering around a family, so I created a pregnant Jane. To my surprise, I found out that David-Josué back in 2008 developed a pregnant Jane. Here is my version of a pregnant Jane. She was cobbled together using May and Jane clonecloth.

Hi sjonesdc (Shirley?) The pregnant Jane looks good but the avatars cause watermark in my Iclone. I think it's because you can only give away textures, not avatars. The only avatars that can be shared are those based on the default casual cloth. The only way to share how you did this would be to advise which upper and which lower, and what dial changes you made to achieve that if you documented them. Very clever idea though and it looks authentic. :)

Don't worry about it - it is confusing at first - I know. :) I've made the same mistake myself. But you did achieve a very authentic looking pregnant Jane and if you could say which May upper you used and what lower, I am sure some of us could try to recreate that look for our productions. I thought it was very clever. :)

To re-create this version of pregnant Jane, use May avatar as the start, apply the May casual upper clonecloth, for the skirt use May Gown Lower and for the pants, May pantsuit lower. Add Jane's face. Now adjust the the body proportions to approximate those of Jane, this includes the hands and feet. To do this, I overlaid this version of Jane over a non pregnant version and started to the adjusting until things looked right. sorry I can't give the exact settings because I was experiementing with the proportions and did not write any thing down (and I should have known better). Hopefully, this is helpful!
