New Crazytalk Pro brought yesterday, loaded today, modified 3D avatar, tried to import audio file for the avatar and could not get anything but introductory pitch. Help!

Sorry to hear you are having some problems.
Are you using the Windows version or Mac?
Also do try with text to speech, record your own voice or a different audio file to narrow down the cause of the issue. It could just be the audio file you are using is not in a supported format.
