Having trouble getting the trial content into character Creator 3 - I hit download then it says install pipeline it says I have 19 days left on trial but only has a purchase button

If you have the Character Creator 3 Pipeline Trial version installed then the trial content should install correctly.
Can you post a screenshot of the error message you are receiving. Thanks.
