Mo cap plugin driver errors. Can anyone help?

I have gotten very frustrated trying to get this to work.
First I purchased a used Kinect one that didn't work. Luckily I got my money back. I now have purchased a new one that the device manager can see but with errors. I am attaching snippets of my device driver errors. I put a renesas usb card in my computer. I had to get a another motherboard with more slots to do that. I find a lot of Reallusions web pages don't connect when researching this problem. Can anyone help me. This feature would help me a lot.

Which Kinect do you have and which version of the Kinect Mocap Device Plug-in have you installed? Thanks.

I got it figured out Thanks for the reply. Turned out to be the speed of the renesas usb card. It seems 5gb was too slow.
