Loading an .obj image from Turbo Squid through 3dxchange Pro into Iclone 7

I downloaded an .obj file from TurboSquid. Unzipped file and loaded .obj
into 3dxchange Pro. There I have the yellow bounding box but no object/image
in it. If I export into Iclone 7 I get same results when loading in the
prop onto a project. In 3dxchange I selected all the lights and assets
with the object, centering options and then export to Iclone 7. This
is a free object from Turbosquid but would like to use it if I could.
Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

Could you provide a link to the prop? That would help troubleshooting. One possibility is that for some reason the object is transparent.
