I've been trying to open a support ticket but the page hangs after I press submit - this has been going on for a couple of weeks.
The reason for wanting support is that CC3 Pipeline is not exporting to iClone7.  The programme opens but without an avatar.

All help welcome.
Running latest versions of software.

You Just discovered a bug, send to iclone does not work, it is going to be fixed in the next iclone update, whenever that may be. You can export your character as an avatar and then manually import it to iclone

To solve this, you do not need any support.
There are 2 ways to send CC 3 iAvatare to Iclone

1. Send Avatar to Iclone
     You have to open IClone 7 first before you press "Send to Iclone"
     (This is a known bug in IClone 7 fixed in the next patch for IC 7
     should be) If IClone 7 is open and you press the button "Send to Iclone"
     Your avatar will also be in IClone on the desktop

2, Export iAvatar to IClone 7
    The avatar will appear in a directory of your choice in IC 7 under Custom in the of
    Saved folder selected. From there you can transfer it to the working
    Drag the surface of IClone 7 or open it with a double-click
