Crazytalk does not find trhe PSD file

Hi, I am using Crazytalk Animator 3.01 pipeline version. When I am trying to import any PSD file by clicking Create G3 free bone actor, the Crazytalk does not find the PSD file. Hi...

You need to be using version 3.1 to import PSD files. Please update to 3.1 and you will be good to go. You can update by going to Help > Check For Update in CTA3 or by using the Reallusion Hub.

And one more question,, Isn't it possible to import psd file from this version?

You can't import PSD in version 3.01 but you do not have to pay again. The update to version 3.1 is free.

Hi, I have the same problem, I cant import PSD files and I have just bought the latest version 3.3, any ideas would be welcome, Thanks

Hi... Are you using the Pipeline version of CTA3? PSD import and export is only available with the Pipeline version. It is not supported in the Pro or Standard versions.
