I am unable to open the .rar file which I downloaded from my member page for the psd-Ai template . I've tried various extractors but all give an error message that it is not a valid format and the file is damaged. Please advise!

Reallusion has updated the file. It is now a zip file instead of rar.

Is it possible to save the ai templates as earlier versions than the latest Illustrator CC 2017. I need Illustrator CS5 version.
