Hi!
I bought the Kinect Mocap Plugin Windows 1.2 and unfortunately it doesn't wok. I attached 2 images:
So how do I use iClone plugin???

There are three versions of the Kinect plug-in available depending on the model of Kinect you have. It is very important you only install the correct plug-in for your device.
So if you are using a "Kinect For Xbox One" then you need version of plug-in called "Mocap Device Plug-in (Kinect for Xbox One)". You should not install any other version of the plug-in.
You also must have a fully compatible USB 3.0 port that is not being used by any other device (don't use a hub).
If you still have problems after checking the above, please tell us which Kinect you are using, if it is the trial or full version, and also supply your computer specs and operating system. Thanks.
