Character Creator - Exporting FBX problem.

I used to export with no error but I tried yesterday and it gave an error like (I don't remember the sentence but) " It can export with 3dexchange pipeline". I have 3dexchange 7 installed in my computer. 
I removed character creator and I installed again but this time when I try to export FBX, the software crashes.

I could take Screenshot. Help please.

Have you 3dx7 pipeline ?
With 3dx7  bzw. 3dx7pro can you not fbx Files exportet

There are 3 different versions of 3dx7:

- 3dx7 standard ($ 100)
- 3dx7 pro ($ 199)
- 3dx7 pipeline ($ 499)

Only with the pipeline version you can export from CC 2.xx fbx files

Which of the 3 3dx7 versions did you buy?
Or did you buy yourself a bundle (Iclone7 incl CC 2 + 3dx7)?
