Some more tests using Iclone to generate 2D animation. I re-made (for the third time) a previous clip to test out some other techniques for the toon shader (see if you can spot them -- hint hint, the teeth), then tried some generic forest creation. All the trees and foliage are from the Iclone Biosphere collection. Everything was rendered into still "plate shots", the character animations were made separately, and it was all composited in After Effects -- much the same way as a 2D animation might be made.
