Load Resource Failed

I've just purchased Character Creator 2 and iClone 7. When I start Character Creator 2, I get this message: Load Resource Failed.C/Program Files/Reallusion/Character Creator 2 for iClone/Resource/ICTAD70/ICTransformSection.rcc
Just guessing since I'm extremely new to this, but it looks like I'm losing all the bonus extras you get when you buy.
Please help. I'd really like to get started learning. Thanks.

Have you downloaded and installed all th available resource/bonus packs for the Apps from your user account?
