This is my first time posting on any reallusion forums. I am not sure if this will go here but I have been trying to import a character that I created in Daz 3d studio into IClone 7 through 3dXchange 7 pipeline. I watched several videos on how to do this. I created a Genesis 2 Male, I purchased some clothing with the interactive license. I added the facial animations from the daz extension. I export it out as a FBX file with the rule to ignore Genesis2Male. When I try and import it into 3dXchange 7 pipline, it either says that it cannot read it or it crashes. I tried just importing a naked Genesis 2 Male using the same method and 3dXchange 7 pipeline crashed. It said importing for a second then suddenly shut down. Can anyone help me?

If 3Dxchange 7 is crashing then do ensure your system is up to date. A common cause of these types of issues is often outdated graphics drivers so do make sure these are updated. Do also run Windows Update and ensure you have all the latest system updates. Then try loading a base Genesis 2 character to see if the problem is still present.

If you continue to have problems please send your dxdiag.txt to Technical Support using the link below. They will be able to advise you further.

I get this error when fbx is not exported properly, right version or some nooks and corner was not selected while exporting. Tuts you are following check whether the settings are properly selected while exporting. I use Blender, so it might not go with yours Daz settings.
