I installed Character Creator Lite and I made my character and tried to export it either to .obj or .fbx it says please purchase 3DXchange Pipeline. I understand you are only suppose to get 5 exports but I have none. I have tried installing the trials for everything and nothing works

Hi... Exporting from iClone 7 or Character Creator requires 3DXchange 7. So try installing the 3DXchange 7 Pipeline Trial version and you should then be able to export to OBJ or FBX format.

I just did and it says trial expired and it the first time i installed it

That's very unusual. Perhaps it was installed at some point but never used. Sadly whatever the reason it isn't possible to reset a trial once it has expired. However if you have another computer you can install the trial on that. Alternatively we do offer a 14 day money back guarantee so if you do decide to purchase you will have 14 days to decide if the software is for you.
