I cannot install the Conforming Hair Vol 1 hair pack. I get this popup every time:
I've checked several times, and I have the latest version of Character Creator installed.
I've tried re-downloading the installer and get the same thing. Tried rebooting, etc and nothing works. I cannot install the hair pack, and I double-checked and it's not showing for me in Character Creator.
Any ideas? I had the Vol 2 hair pack before attempting to install this one, but I wouldn't think that should matter. I've purchased plenty of add-ons before and only had a problem with this one.

Please try downloading and installing the latest version of the Content Downloader from the page below. This will hopefully resolve the problem for you.

Thanks for your prompt reply. That fixed my issue.
I assume I can revisit that link in the future to ensure my downloader is up to date? I wasn't aware it needed an update prior to this and thought the files had their own integrated downloader.
Thanks again, the hair is also very good quality.
[Edit: I found the reallusion hub tool so have now installed that. Looks like that will help keep everything up to date, thanks.]

Hi Michael... Great to hear everything is working fine now. If you do encounter any problems in the future, try installing the latest Content Downloader from that link. :)
