There is a lot to clean with this animation test. You know, when you load a sound file to your character the automatic recognition system works o.k. but you have to clean up this animation by using the viseme track on the timeline. Just remove all the letters you don't need. Sometimes you have to put the letters manually, because the system didn't recognize it very well ...

After I do the automatic lipsync I use a video of the actor and clean up the lipsync using the video as a reference. I have discovered that there is a lot less movement than the auto system provides.
