Hi, in the manual of Character Creator you can add a tattoo to the face, the link to this is here but when I follow these instructions I can't add a decal like this, there is no option to upload the decal:
Has this feature been removed?

You need to buy the "Essential Morphs And Skin" pack to enable the texture channels for user input on the character skin.
Same is true for clothing. It is enabled for the clothing in any of the big packs when you buy them.

Thanks Rampa, your right, I must admit that is miss-leading & I wouldn't (I didn't) come to that conclusion.
There is a way around it for anyone reading this, I edited the face png with paint.net :P
