Where do I edit Anchor Points for existing model

Crazy Talk 8 Pipeline - I have a model I purchased - Classic model. I need to reduce the mouth size and need to edit the anchor points, but I can't find any buttons/links on the menu or anywhere to do that with an existing model/character. Thank you!
