HELP. Need to resize entire eye in model. How is this done?

Crazytalk 8 Pipeline.  I can't figure out how to do this? The eyeballs on a stylized character set for Alethia is too large. How can I reduce the entire size of her entire eye...not the iris, but entire eyeball. She looks alien.
