Heres a little tutorial for making anime eyes :)
Set the "downtuned eye" to -17 and the "slit eye" to -60. Eye angle can be set to 14. Eyelashes lenght is optional.
Then you can play around with the eye texture settings to get that wide pupil anime style. I have my settings like this. Also, check the facial expressions so that you are sure that nothing gets wrongly deformed.
