I got the 1 year upgrade to the "Advanced" plan but am getting an error "you have reached the maximum number of scenes" even though I only have one other project

This happens for the "Intro" template. Others seem to work ok.

The issue that users can not open the "Intro" template, now has been fixed since last month.
