v3.21 (3.21.2329.1) released on November 30th, 2017
Several new functions added, features enhanced, and bugs fixed.
1) Function and Content Enhanced:
Enhanced: Optimized GIF render function.
*Added Gif Alpha Threshold to reset opacity to remove possible background noise.


In CTA 3.2, the GIF export feature allows our new service
CLOUD ANIMATOR to have countless ANIMATED contents from CTA 3.

In CTA 3.21, the quality of GIF files from CTA3 is perfect for business application of
CLOUD ANIMATOR.
2) Bug Fixed:
Fixed: Possible program crash when launching a PSD character with sprite numbers over 1024 per character. Now In 3.21, you can export character to external PSD tool with up to 8192 sprite layers.
