Iclone 2.5 upgrade options timeout

I've been trying to upgrade my copy of IClone to version 2.5 but no matter if I choose the patch or the Reinstall, the connection times out. I've been trying for a couple of days now. I've tried this using Firefox and Internet Explorer on a Windows XP PC.

Any help would be appreciated since I also want to purchase 3D Exchange, which currently seems to require Iclone 2.5.

Hi Pierre,

I have just tested the downloads and for me they didn't time out and downloaded at a steady 200kbs. Are you still unable to download?

Have you been able to download from other sites without problems? It could be a temporary issue with your ISP that is affecting downloads.

If you continue to have problems you could try downloading using a Download Manager which would stop you having to restart each time, and even if you do time out you could continue from where you left off.

Hello again,

The problem seems to be with Reallusion website since I can download just about anything else from other websites.

I'll try and download from work tomorrow afternoon, just in case it really is my internet connection.

Well...I was able to download the IClone update files from work but I am still unable to download any file from Reallusion's website from home. Very curious and I still cannot figure this out!
