Is there a tutorial related how a toon character is sent to iClone?
From the beginning to the end with details...
For example, toon boy sam or toon generation character.
So, how it was rigged, applied weight maps, face bones.. etc.

look for rigging tutorials of you 3D tool. e.g. Blender, Maya , or what ever
Then export your rigged Character as fbx to 3D xchange, retarget the Bones and setup the facial expression.
