Characters from Professional Outfits missing

Hello. I got Professional Outfits content and while all the clothes are there after installation, the 12 characters that suppose to come as well are nowhere to be found. In the Template > Clothed I only have the standard Base characters and Essential Bundle but no additional ones (e.g. like shown here: https://youtu.be/mwPWde3zVMs?t=146). I checked iClone/CC folders but I don't see the files anywhere. Any idea how to get the characters installed?

Hi Adam,

If you have successfully installed the pack then the 12 characters will be found under Projects > Clothed in a folder called Professional Outfit.

If they are not there, try reinstalling and then check the log when installation completes. It will show if they have been installed successfully as shown in the image below.

Hello,

Thank you for the suggestion, I reinstalled the whole pack and now everything is there, including all the characters. Not sure why before it didn't work but seems it's fine now.

In connection with the characters not being seen - there are a number of extra Professional Outfit associated characters being shown in iC7 - such as Flight Attendant (in orange outfit); Welder; Chef with hat; Delivery person in brown; Basketball player; School girl. These are identical to those included in the online marketing sales pages. These are watermarked in iClone7 but not visible on CC3.
How do I either purchase those extra characters and outfits or get the watermarks removed under iC7?

All of these bonus characters are available to download for free from the Marketplace. However, they are classed as derivative content which means certain base items are required to use the content without a watermark. So to find out which base content is required, just visit each product page like the one below, and you will find the items required with links to purchase.

Please Note: If you wish to use these characters in CC3 just send them over from iClone.
