Daz Genesis Plugin not working - What I'm Doing wrong here ?

I'm using Daz3d 4.10 Pro version, when i Apply daz genesis files to appropriate Character, the keyframe appears but facial expression is not working.
What I'm doing wrong here ? can somebody help me ?

Yes, i have tried all the suggestions given in this thread, same issue occurs.
