I just  recorded in Orion without touching anything and I transmitted the FBX file in  3DXChange to transform it into IMotion.

Here is the  result I have in Iclone 6 with some camera movements to see some detail.

I use the  0.90 trial version of Orion HTC Vive + 3 HTC Tracker + the 2 base station.

It's pretty  promising. If maybe the Iclone team could also look at this side to give us  more possibility, this would be interesting. That is just a suggestion.

And in addition, really the support is reactive and fast.

Wow, if this needed no mocap refinement/cleaning this looks really good :w00t:
So you used 3 Vive Trackers and 2 Base Stations, equipment worth approx. 750 $...
Plus an annual subscription of 500 $...
No need for pulling suits, cables...
Seems to be an option for me :D
How big should/can the "walk around"- space be? In square meters? (min-max)
Thanx for showing your results...

Hi,

OK, I'm even later to this party than I was for Mike Kelly's thread, but I can't get Orion to work.

I got the Orion trial, recorded an FBX to a Genesis avatar, and opened it in 3DXchange 7. It plays fine and seems to work perfectly. But I exported it and it results in no motion whatsoever.

Can you detail the steps you took? I'd appreciate any help you can give.

Thanks,

Donald
