facefilter 3 pro can not be open

After installing FaceFilter 3 pro with dazzling. It cannot be opened.
The code execution cannot proceed, because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. And MSVCP100.dll.
How to solve it?What I've done is visiting Microsoft , downloading MSVCR100.dll and MSVC100.dll, then drag to Windows system (x64). But it cannot be opened.

MSVCR100.dll is part of Visual C++ 2010. Try re-installing Visual C++ 2010 using the links below. This may resolve the problem for you.
